Registration granted by SEBI, membership of a SEBI-recognised supervisory body and certification from the National Institute of Securities Markets in no way guarantee the performance of the intermediary or provide any assurance of returns to investors.

What this service is

Written research on listed companies, published to every subscriber on the same terms at the same time. It is not investment advice. Nothing here is matched to your income, your existing holdings, your tax position or your risk appetite, and it is not a recommendation to you personally.

Advice tailored to an individual is a separate regulated activity requiring an Investment Adviser registration. This service does not provide it, and no part of this site should be read as if it did.

Fees

Fees are shown on the subscribe page and are charged in advance for the period stated. SEBI caps fees for individual and HUF clients at ₹1,51,000 per family per year across all services taken from one research analyst. Checkout refuses anything above that.

Fees are not refundable once research has been made available to you. Payment is collected by Razorpay. Card and bank details are entered on Razorpay's own page and never pass through this site.

Most important terms and conditions

Version 2026-08-30. Every subscriber accepts these before paying, and the acceptance is recorded with its version, the time, the IP address and the browser used.

1. This is research, not investment advice, and not a recommendation tailored to you or your circumstances.
2. Research is published to every subscriber on the same terms at the same time. No subscriber gets it earlier or differently.
3. Investing in securities carries risk, including the loss of the amount you put in. Past movement in a share price does not tell you what it will do next.
4. Fees are charged in advance for the period shown and are not refundable once research has been made available to you.
5. The analyst may hold positions in companies covered. Any holding is disclosed inside the report itself.
6. No return, profit or performance is promised anywhere on this site or in any report.
7. You can raise a complaint by email, and escalate to SEBI SCORES or the Smart ODR portal if you are not satisfied.

Analyst holdings and conflicts

Any position the analyst or their family holds in a company covered is disclosed inside the report on that company, at the point of publication. Where there is no disclosure block in a report, read that as the report not being complete rather than as an absence of holdings — ask before acting.

No payment is taken from any company covered, in any form, for research or for its publication.

Performance

No performance record, return figure or price target is published anywhere on this site. Model portfolio performance has to be validated by the Past Risk and Return Verification Agency before it can be shown, so until that is in place there is nothing to publish. Treat any performance claim attributed to this service elsewhere as not ours.
